To keep pace with the company's growing business, further optimize the warehouse management system and enhance raw material reserve and finished product delivery capacity, our company has recently completed warehouse expansion and overall upgrading. The warehouse has seen all-round improvements in load capacity, standardized storage and supply chain efficiency, laying a solid hardware foundation for efficient production and prompt delivery.

Surging orders for busways and power distribution equipment at home and abroad have made the original warehouse inadequate for bulk raw material stocking, orderly finished product storage and efficient order turnover. This expansion mainly enlarges three functional zones: raw material storage area, finished product stocking area and quality inspection area. With scientifically divided zones and optimized inbound and outbound routes, the previous problems such as space shortage, overstocking and mixed storage have been fully resolved.

The renovated warehouse features spacious layout, clear partitioning and dry & ventilated environment, fully complying with storage standards for electrical equipment and raw materials. The dedicated raw material zone stores core materials including copper busbars, insulating materials, epoxy resin and housing profiles in a classified, moisture-proof and dust-proof manner, so as to guarantee material quality and stabilize product quality at the source. The independent finished product area is specially arranged for completed busways and power distribution equipment to prevent collision and damage and ensure intact performance and appearance of delivered goods.

This upgrade has greatly strengthened our capacity for material stocking and bulk order delivery, shortened production lead time and accelerated shipment, enabling us to better fulfill urgent and bulk orders from domestic and overseas clients. It also marks the full upgrading of our warehouse management system towards standardization, refinement and large-scale operation.
