To keep pace with the rapid development of new energy, data center and energy storage industries, further optimize our power transmission and distribution product portfolio and expand market service coverage, our company has recently completed the R&D and mass production of DC busducts. With this launch, we have established a dual-product layout covering both AC and DC busducts, fully catering to power distribution demands across all scenarios for high and low voltage as well as AC and DC systems.
For years, we have focused on the R&D, production and sales of compact busducts. Thanks to reliable product performance, sophisticated manufacturing techniques and strict quality control systems, we have earned an excellent market reputation in AC power supply applications including industrial plants, building power distribution and generator set supporting systems. The booming growth of emerging sectors such as new energy storage, intelligent data centers, charging piles, photovoltaic and wind power has driven a rising market demand for DC power distribution equipment featuring large current carrying capacity, high stability and low power loss. To precisely meet market requirements and fill the gap in DC power distribution products, our core technical team conducted intensive research and upgrades, and successfully launched the new DC busduct series.
Featuring an optimized structural design, the newly released DC busducts are compatible with mainstream DC voltage levels ranging from 48V to 1500V. Equipped with high-quality copper or aluminum conductors with tin plating for anti-oxidation, the products adopt aluminum-magnesium alloy enclosures with electrostatic powder coating. They deliver outstanding performance including low impedance, large current carrying capacity, low voltage drop and excellent heat dissipation. Compared with conventional cables, our DC busducts boast superior short-circuit resistance, higher insulation performance and excellent arc extinction capability. They effectively resolve common industry pain points of DC power distribution such as persistent electric arcs and surface creepage, with a protection rating up to IP66 for reliable operation under various harsh working conditions.
This product is widely applied to high-voltage DC power supply for data centers, energy storage power stations, PV & wind power collection systems, new energy charging piles, rail transit and other key fields. The official launch of DC busducts marks the further diversification and upgrading of our product mix, and greatly enhances our overall competitiveness in the new energy power distribution sector.
