All incoming raw materials undergo sampling inspection and strict parameter verification before being accepted into inventory, ensuring that inferior materials are eliminated at the source and a solid quality foundation is established.

The production process employs standardized precision manufacturing techniques with dust-free operations throughout. Automated equipment is used to precisely control core processes such as cutting, pressing, riveting, and insulation encapsulation, ensuring compact structure, strong sealing performance, and orderly arrangement. This effectively enhances the product's short-circuit withstand and vibration resistance capabilities. Before leaving the factory, each finished product undergoes a series of rigorous tests including temperature rise test, withstand voltage test, insulation resistance test, and short-circuit withstand test. Only after all items have passed inspection are the products released from the warehouse, ensuring that no non-conforming products enter the market.

Our company's export business is conducted in accordance with standardized international trade terms. The two core modes we commonly use are EXW (Ex Works) and FOB (Free on Board), which accommodate different customers' logistics, customs clearance, and procurement needs. The transaction process is standardized, transparent, and clearly defines rights and responsibilities.

EXW (Ex Works) serves as the fundamental cooperation model, under which we complete product manufacturing, quality inspection, and warehousing at our own factory before making the goods available for pickup. Under this term, all logistics, shipping booking, import/export customs clearance, tax payments, and cargo insurance arrangements after the goods leave our factory are handled entirely by the buyer. Our responsibility is limited to preparing the goods as required. This model keeps the delivery process simple and effectively minimizes exposure to uncontrollable risks arising from changes in the destination country's policies or logistics conditions.

FOB (Free on Board) is our mainstream cooperation model, under which we are responsible for export customs clearance, transporting the goods to the designated domestic port of shipment, and completing loading onto the vessel. After the goods are loaded on board, the ocean freight, insurance, customs clearance at the destination port, import duties, and subsequent inland delivery are all borne by the buyer. This is the most common cooperation method for the international export of busway equipment.

To best accommodate customers' cooperation needs, we offer flexible trade collaboration mechanisms. If customers have designated trading partners, logistics service providers, or specific trade term requirements, we are fully capable of cooperating and can adjust the cooperation model, coordination processes, and delivery standards as needed. For overseas customers who require factory audit and inspection, we sincerely welcome you to visit our factory for on-site inspection and assessment. As a professional manufacturer of high-and low-voltage busway systems, we maintain standardized production workshops, a complete product testing laboratory, a well‑organized warehousing management system, and comprehensive quality control procedures. During your visit, you will be able to tour our production lines, insulation testing stations, and finished product test areas, as well as review production records, raw material quality inspection reports, and system certification documents--allowing you to directly verify our production capacity, manufacturing processes, and quality control capabilities. We can also discuss project specifications, delivery schedules, and customized production details face-to-face.

Given the long‑distance travel and tight project schedules, if it is inconvenient for you to arrange an on‑site audit, we also offer remote video factory inspection services. We will plan a complete tour route in advance, assign dedicated staff to host a live broadcast throughout the entire inspection, and systematically present key areas including the factory environment, production processes, raw material warehouses, finished goods storage areas, and testing equipment. We will also provide digital copies of our qualification documents for online verification and address any questions that arise during the audit in real time.
