Combined Elbow for Bus Duct is a special composite turning fitting in bus duct power transmission systems. It is integrally formed by integrating horizontal and vertical elbows, combining the structural functions of two conventional separate elbows into one unit. This integrated supporting component is engineered for special installation conditions.

The product features a compact and neat overall structure with seamless connections between internal and external conductors, insulating housing and protective outer casing. It inherits the integral sealed insulation structure of bus ducts, maintains highly consistent electrical performance with the main bus duct, and is compatible with air-insulated, compact sandwich and cast resin bus ducts of all types.

In conventional bus duct routing construction, separate horizontal and vertical elbows need to be installed individually, and sufficient straight intermediate sections must be reserved between the two elbows for connection and fixation. In contrast, the combined bus duct elbow is developed to address the challenge of short-distance turning, specially designed for installation scenarios with short intermediate spans and confined spaces. When the on-site construction requires both vertical elevation change and horizontal deflection within an extremely short distance - where there is inadequate room to mount two separate elbows and segmented laying is unfeasible - this integrated elbow can be adopted to complete bidirectional turning routing in one single installation step.
