DC Cast Busduct adopts the vacuum integral casting and sealing technology with epoxy resin. Copper or aluminum conductors are fully encapsulated within high-performance insulating resin to form an integrated, fully enclosed power transmission structure, suitable for power transmission systems with a rated DC voltage up to 1500 V.

Featuring water resistance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance and explosion resistance as core properties, the product achieves an IP68 protection rating and can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments such as underwater, open-air and heavily polluted conditions. The resin casting layer delivers outstanding insulation performance and mechanical strength, with mechanical impact resistance up to IK10 grade to withstand heavy impacts effectively. Meanwhile, the casting material is halogen-free and non-combustible, ensuring safe and eco-friendly operation.

In terms of electrical performance, DC Cast Busduct fundamentally mitigates skin effect and eddy current loss in DC power transmission, enabling higher utilization of conductor cross-section, lower voltage drop and reduced line loss. There is no air gap between conductors and the enclosure, resulting in a compact structure with excellent heat dissipation and strong overload capacity.
