Confirm that the current-carrying capacity, conductor specifications, and number of phases of the connector match those of the busway to avoid insufficient current-carrying capacity caused by connection errors.

2.Cleaning and Aligning Plugs:

To ensure current transmission, the conductors of the connector and busway need to be cleaned before connection. During the connection process, pay attention to whether the conductors are misaligned to prevent insufficient contact surfaces from affecting current-carrying capacity and temperature rise.

3.Protection Treatment:

After connection, perform epoxy resin casting to maintain the overall protection class of the busway system.
