The epoxy resin cast busway adopts a vacuum casting process, tightly encapsulating high-performance insulating resin and the busway enclosure into an integrated whole. Its internal "sandwich" structure with phase wires closely laminated not only makes the shape more compact and the volume smaller, but also significantly enhances the dynamic and thermal stability, with excellent current-carrying capacity. With a protection class up to IP68, it has water-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion characteristics, and can operate stably at a depth of 5 meters underwater or in a salt spray environment for 1,000 hours. Compared with ordinary busways, it has certain fire-proof performance. As a fully enclosed high-protection power distribution equipment, it is suitable for harsh scenarios such as industrial plants, underground utility tunnels and chemical parks with high humidity, strong corrosion or explosion-proof and fire protection requirements.
