This 6300A compact busbar trunking is dedicated heavy-duty power distribution equipment for ultra-high current applications, engineered for high-power supply scenarios including AI computing clusters, large-scale energy storage power stations and heavy industrial plants. It features an iconic three-row layered housing structure with a neat, streamlined silhouette and straight minimalist lines, delivering a distinct industrial aesthetic.
The housing is extruded from high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy with matte black electrostatic powder coating, offering excellent corrosion resistance and anti-dust accumulation performance. Three parallel independent cavities are arranged in layers and joined into an integrated enclosed housing via side fastening bolts, presenting a well-structured, symmetrical layout with superior visual tidiness. Beyond creating a layered appearance, the three-row design expands heat dissipation channels to resolve heat buildup during long-term high-current operation. The lightweight housing also eases on-site hoisting and installation work.
High-conductivity electrolytic copper is adopted as the internal conductor, delivering a stable rated current carrying capacity of 6300A. Silver plating is applied to joint contact surfaces to effectively reduce contact temperature rise. Class B high-temperature resistant insulating supports are installed between phases to meet required insulation voltage withstand standards, enabling continuous full-load long-term operation. Sample Policy
To enable customers to visually and directly verify product materials, housing craftsmanship, conductor structure and assembly details, our company has formulated a standardized sample service policy covering all three-row high-current compact busbar trunking products.
This product is assembled by combining three single-row busbar units with identical current-carrying specifications. The current-carrying capacity of a single row matches the performance parameters of a single channel within the complete three-row assembly. Accordingly, samples are uniformly supplied as single-row busbar trunking of the same specification, which fully replicates all core craftsmanship including conductor cross-section, housing structure, insulation components and joint plating, without compromising customers' technical verification and solution evaluation.
The standard sample length is 500 mm by default, which fully displays key structures such as end flanges, housing splicing joints and internal insulation supports. Custom-length samples are available upon customers' requests for special dimensional testing or on-site demonstration, with quotations adjusted according to the actual material length used. All samples are brand-new factory-standard components, manufactured with the exact same aluminum-magnesium alloy housing, high-conductivity conductors, Class B insulation parts and tinned joint accessories as mass-delivered products, and maintain consistent electrical and protection performance indicators with volume production goods.
Due to the high raw material costs of busbar conductors and aluminum alloy housings, samples are charged at the corresponding material cost; free samples are not provided. After customers place formal bulk purchase orders, both parties may negotiate terms for deducting the sample fees, with the specific deduction ratio and deduction timing subject to the commercial contract. Sample logistics expenses shall be borne by the customer. Prior to shipment, we will provide a sample specification list and material description for customers' on-site inspection and preliminary laboratory type testing.
