Recently, with the concentrated implementation of new power infrastructure projects such as domestic energy storage power stations, AI computing centers, and photovoltaic bases, the low-voltage power distribution industry chain has ushered in a new round of growth dividends. As a core component of power transmission and distribution, the upstream and downstream linkage effect of the busway industry continues to intensify, and the complete industrial ecosystem is accelerating toward maturity.

At the upstream raw material end, the technological iteration of core materials such as high-purity electrolytic copper, modified insulating epoxy resin, and aluminum alloy profiles is reshaping the competitiveness of busway products. New insulating materials such as nano-ceramic epoxy resin have achieved large-scale production, overcoming industry pain points such as insufficient fire resistance of traditional resins, high-temperature rheology, and moisture ingress under high humidity. The continuous upgrading of high-conductivity copper processing technology has effectively reduced conductor impedance, providing key raw material support for the performance upgrade of DC compact and cast-resin fire-resistant busways. Upstream new material companies and busway manufacturers have deepened their collaborative R&D cooperation, improving product insulation, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance from the source, and better adapting to complex working conditions such as coastal chemical plants and underground pipe galleries.

Midstream busway manufacturers are closely following market demand changes, with product portfolios gradually expanding from traditional AC power distribution to the 1500V DC power distribution track. Major manufacturers have increased their R&D and certification investment in DC busways, with multiple products successively obtaining CQC certification and complete type test reports, and customized solutions for energy storage and computing centers are continuously being enriched. The accelerated upgrading of automated equipment at the production end, with the gradual popularization of precision stamping and vacuum casting production lines, has improved the delivery efficiency and quality stability of high-current busways, ensuring the timely supply of large-scale engineering projects.

The explosive growth of the downstream application market has directly driven industry order growth. New energy storage, large data centers, and photovoltaic industrial parks have become the core incremental markets for busways. Compared with traditional cable solutions, busways have become the preferred solution for DC power distribution systems due to their strong current-carrying capacity, compact wiring, and convenient future expansion. The acceleration of new energy infrastructure construction across various regions and the recovery of overseas power distribution project demand have further opened up industry growth space.

Upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain are breaking away from independent R&D models and building an integrated collaborative system covering materials, manufacturing, and engineering services.
