Recently, our company has completed the delivery, installation and commissioning of multiple CNC milling machines, which have been officially put into operation on the bus duct component processing production line. This marks a new upgrade to our precision machining capacity and strengthens production assurance for the delivery of projects at home and overseas.

The newly added CNC milling machines feature high precision and outstanding stability. They enable efficient milling, slotting and finishing of structural parts such as bus duct housings, connectors and plug-in box accessories. The equipment improves the dimensional consistency of components and reduces manual machining errors, better meeting the strict assembly tolerance requirements for compact and cast bus ducts. Following the commissioning of the new machines, the workshop's capacity for precision processes has expanded and machining cycles have been optimized. We can now handle multiple batches of customized orders simultaneously, shorten lead times for prototype development and finished product delivery, and accommodate diverse technical customization requirements for overseas projects.

Our company has consistently invested in production infrastructure and steadily promoted intelligent transformation of production lines to refine end-to-end manufacturing capabilities centred on core bus duct products. Previously, limited capacity at precision machining stations led to tight production schedules for some special-shaped fittings and customized interfaces. The new milling machines effectively fill this capacity gap, raise the proportion of in-house supporting machining, and mitigate delivery and quality fluctuation risks associated with outsourced processing.

Going forward, we will carry out operator skill training and implement standardized operating procedures to maximize the performance of the new equipment and sustain stable product quality.
