Recently, our company has officially launched a new generation of custom cast resin busduct, marking a leap-forward upgrade in our busduct insulation casting technology from standardized single options to customized-on-demand solutions.

Epoxy resin has long served as the industry standard and default material for cast resin busduct thanks to its outstanding electrical insulation properties, mature processing technology and balanced cost-performance ratio, and it remains our primary material option. Nevertheless, with increasingly diversified engineering projects and extremely demanding operating conditions, a single material formulation can no longer satisfy all customized requirements from clients.

To address this challenge, our R&D team has completed multiple rounds of formulation testing and process optimization, successfully expanding the available range of casting materials. While epoxy resin will continue to be the default selection, customers may now opt for alternative advanced casting materials according to the ir on-site conditions and technical specifications. For instance, inorganic mineral composite materials are available for applications requiring superior fire resistance and heavy-duty outdoor protection; polyurethane systems with enhanced toughness are suitable for environments subject to severe mechanical vibration or thermal shock; special materials such as polyesterimide can be specified for special industrial scenarios with ultra-high temperature or extended service life requirements.

This custom-tailored, one-client-one-strategy material solution breaks the application constraints of conventional cast busduct. It greatly improves product adaptability and reliability under harsh working conditions including coastal high salt-spray zones, heavily corrosive chemical plants, high-temperature kilns and damp underground spaces, and further reduces customers' whole-life maintenance expenditure.

The launch of this new product portfolio fully demonstrates our core philosophy of customer-centric innovation and technology-driven development. Moving forward, we will continue to deepen the integration of material science and power distribution technology, delivering more precise, safer and higher-efficiency busduct system solutions for global clients.
