Recently, our company officially announced an upgrade to the manufacturing process for sandwich busducts with the introduction of a new vulcanization treatment process for conductors, designed to deliver power distribution products with a higher safety class to customers.Compared with the traditional polyester film wrapping method, the vulcanization process leads to a moderate increase in production costs, mainly due to the higher cost of vulcanization materials and more stringent, complex production requirements. Nevertheless, this process upgrade delivers comprehensive product advantages.

First, once cured, the vulcanized material bonds tightly to the conductor bar with zero clearance, completely eliminating the air insulation layer that tends to form with conventional film wrapping. This greatly improves heat dissipation and effectively reduces operating temperature rise.Second, the dense vulcanized insulation layer offers outstanding moisture and water resistance, fully blocking moisture ingress paths and maintaining excellent insulation stability even in humid or harsh environments.

In addition, the process delivers superior high-temperature resistance and fire performance. Certain special-grade materials can even undergo ceramization under fire heat, forming a rigid insulating protective layer to prevent short circuits and gain critical emergency response time.

Meanwhile, the monolithic structure formed by chemical crosslinking ensures the insulation layer will not loosen or crack under long-term thermal cycling or equipment vibration, substantially boosting the operational reliability of the busduct throughout its service life.Driven by technological innovation, our company pursues excellence in product quality. The adoption of the vulcanized conductor process reflects our commitment to providing long-term, stable power distribution assurance for data centers, chemical plants and other high-demand engineering projects.
