The stable operation of a compact (sandwich) busway system relies on precisely matched core components and high-quality materials. Its core components mainly include conductors, insulation layers, housings, and joints, which work together to ensure efficient and safe power transmission.

As the core of power transmission, conductors are made of high-purity electrolytic copper or aluminum alloy through precision processing into copper or aluminum bars. They feature high current-carrying capacity, low resistance, and low power loss, and can be customized in cross-section according to different power requirements to suit various industrial and building applications.

The insulation layer is critical for safety protection. It uses heat-resistant, highly flame-retardant polyester film or epoxy resin to tightly wrap the conductor surface, effectively isolating phases and preventing contact between conductors and the housing, thus eliminating risks of electric leakage and short circuits. Joints are key connecting components. They use precision fittings of the same material as the conductors, combined with anti-loosening locking structures to optimize contact performance and reduce contact resistance, ensuring stable connections. They also provide good electrical conductivity and sealing performance, suitable for splicing busway sections of different lengths to guarantee overall transmission efficiency.
