Product Specifications

Intensive busway adopts a sandwich-type compact structure and is a high-efficiency power transmission equipment suitable for low and high-voltage power distribution systems. With a full range of rated current from 250A to 6300A, the product can meet power supply demands in high-rise buildings, data centers, industrial workshops, commercial complexes, large-scale power distribution projects and other scenarios. The system features a standard voltage of 400V/690V, three-phase four-wire / five-wire system, protection grade ranging from IP54 to IP65, and insulation class H (180℃), complying with IEC 61439-6 international standard and GB/T 7251.6 national standard.

Structurally, the product is available in three designs: single-row conductor, double-row conductor and triple-row conductor. Low-current segments adopt single-row copper/aluminum conductors for compact size and easy installation; high-current segments use double or triple parallel structures for higher current carrying capacity, lower temperature rise and more uniform heat dissipation. Conductors are made of high-purity electrolytic copper or energy-saving aluminum alloy with tin-plated surface to reduce contact resistance and oxidation risks. The insulation layer uses flame-retardant polyester film, and the fully enclosed integrated enclosure is formed by cold-rolled steel or aluminum alloy, providing excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and deformation resistance.

The busbar is equipped with anti-loosening connectors and special connection kits as standard, supporting various layouts including horizontal, vertical, elbow, tee and expansion joints. It can be matched with plug-in boxes for flexible branch power distribution. Featuring strong current-carrying capacity, low voltage drop, low energy consumption and long service life, the product is a safe, reliable and versatile core power transmission equipment in modern power distribution systems.

Troubleshooting

During long-term operation, intensive busduct may encounter common faults such as local overheating, insulation abnormalities, loose connectors, and no output from plug-in boxes. These issues must be inspected and resolved in accordance with standard procedures to ensure safe and stable system operation.

Abnormal heating at connector joints is mostly caused by poor contact, loose bolts or oxidation. Power supply shall be cut off immediately; check the cleanliness of contact surfaces, retighten connections, and if necessary, perform surface polishing and tinning before reinstallation. Relatively high overall temperature rise is usually due to overload or insufficient heat dissipation. Verify the actual load current, remove dust and obstructions from the enclosure, and ensure adequate ventilation space.

In case of low insulation resistance, inspect the insulation layer for moisture, damage or contamination. Dry and dehumidify affected parts in a timely manner, replace damaged insulation components, and restore power supply only after qualified insulation values are achieved. If the plug-in box has no power or trips frequently, check the circuit breaker status and the contact reliability of plug-in fingers, and eliminate internal short circuits and wiring errors.

If the enclosure is energized or poorly grounded, shut down the system immediately, check the continuity of the entire grounding system, and repair missing or broken grounding devices. Abnormal noise or excessive vibration during operation is mostly caused by loose supports or misaligned connectors, requiring realignment and reinforcement of the suspension system.

All fault handling must be carried out after power cut, voltage testing and earthing device installation. Live working is strictly prohibited. Regular inspection, connector retightening and dust cleaning can effectively reduce failure rate and extend service life.

Export Document List

The export document list for busduct products is a core set of documents used in foreign trade for customs declaration, customs clearance, logistics, and customer inspection and acceptance. It fully specifies the product name, model, specification, quantity, material, unit price, total value, packaging information, and technical parameters to ensure a compliant and smooth export process.

The list mainly consists of three parts: product details, packing information, and trade terms. The product details shall accurately list the complete set of components including straight sections, elbows, tees, plug-in boxes, connectors, hangers, and end caps of intensive busbar trunking, with key information such as rated current, voltage, protection degree, conductor material, length, and quantity clearly marked, in compliance with international certification requirements including IEC 61439-6, CE, and CQC. The packing list itemizes single weight, gross weight, net weight, and outer package dimensions by batch and carton number, facilitating logistics handling and destination port customs inspection.

The export list also states trade terms, payment terms, port of destination, shipping marks, and customs declaration elements, ensuring consistency with commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, quality inspection reports, and type test reports. With clear, standardized content and authentic, accurate data, these documents can effectively reduce customs clearance risks, improve cargo clearance efficiency, and ensure safe and on-time delivery of products. They are essential official documents for bidding, shipment, and delivery of busbar trunking in overseas projects.
