In April 2026, Wetown Electric officially launched the new LV Series Intelligent Busway. Integrating cutting-edge electrical technologies with the company's more than 20 years of experience in busway R&D and manufacturing, this product delivers multiple innovations in structure, craftsmanship and weather resistance, providing efficient and reliable power transmission and distribution solutions for high-end industrial and key engineering projects.

In terms of structural design, the LV Series boasts multiple optimized innovations. It adopts a compact conductor layout supported by an integrated heat dissipation design to effectively control temperature rise. Featuring a compact overall structure, it reduces installation space occupation and fits engineering projects with limited site conditions. The enclosure adopts an innovative two-piece fully enclosed structure to enhance shell tightness, achieving a maximum protection rating of IP66. It effectively blocks dust and moisture ingress and adapts to complex working environments.

For manufacturing processes, Wetown Electric introduces proprietary German technology and builds automated self-piercing riveting assembly lines for product fabrication, ensuring stable mass production and consistent assembly precision. Meanwhile, the product is equipped with a fully aluminum enclosure treated with special processes, delivering outstanding corrosion resistance and successfully passing the 1000-hour salt spray test, meeting the requirements of long-term operation in corrosive environments such as metallurgical and coastal projects.
