Product Structure

 

The compact aluminum busway features a straight segmented structure as a whole, mainly consisting of five core components: conductors, insulation layer, enclosure, connectors, and tap-off outlets.

The conductors are made of high-purity aluminum bars. Each single phase comprises one or two parallel aluminum bars, with all phase conductors arranged in parallel on the same plane in clear phase sequence. Heat-resistant and flame-retardant insulating films are placed between conductors and between conductors and the enclosure, tightly wrapped in a multi-layer process to form a sandwich-type laminated structure without air gaps.

The enclosure is formed by bending and welding galvanized steel sheets or aluminum alloy profiles, covering the outer insulation layer. Multiple tap-off openings with detachable covers are reserved at the bottom or sides of the enclosure. Connector mounting ends are provided at both terminals, where the conductors extend out with bolt holes.

The connector consists of upper and lower pressure plates, double-ended insulated bolts, and conductive bars, providing electrical and mechanical connection between adjacent busway sections. Tap-off units can be installed at the tap-off outlets to realize branch power distribution.

With the same current-carrying capacity, it is lighter in weight and easier to install, greatly reducing building load and construction costs. Aluminum features no eddy current loss, faster heat dissipation, lower temperature rise and strong operational stability. Meanwhile, it offers excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, long service life and low maintenance cost. Logistics and Packaging

 

To ensure the intact and efficient delivery of busbar trunking products during transportation, and in consideration of product characteristics and domestic and international transportation requirements, the logistics and packaging standards are hereby specified to balance safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

For logistics and distribution, targeted transportation plans are adopted for domestic and overseas destinations. All domestic orders are transported by road through professional logistics partners, covering the whole country. Direct or transshipment services are flexibly arranged according to order urgency, with full-process cargo tracking to ensure on-time delivery to the designated site, matching the on-site installation schedules of domestic construction and industrial projects.

For overseas orders, appropriate transportation modes are selected based on destination, cargo volume, lead time, and customer needs: full-container orders with sufficient lead time are shipped by sea for high cost-performance; urgent or small-batch orders by air for fast delivery; landlocked countries or regions with rail advantages by railway to improve efficiency and reduce cross-border risks, with full cooperation in customs clearance for smooth passage.

For product packaging, strict compliance with transportation safety and industrial standards is observed, distinguishing export and domestic specifications. Export goods are packed in fumigated recycled wooden cases conforming to international quarantine requirements, lined with moisture-proof and shock-absorbent materials, with busbars and accessories securely fixed to prevent collision, moisture, and corrosion during long-distance transportation. Domestic goods are packed on anti-slip and reinforced wooden pallets for easy handling, loading, and storage, effectively protecting the product surface and structure while reducing damage risks in short-distance transportation, ensuring practicality and economy.
