Focus On Quality, Authorized By Certification

Product quality really seems like the main thing that keeps a company going strong. Our company has put a lot of focus on managing quality from the start, and they built this whole system to make sure everything stays on track.

Lately, some of our products, like the compact busways and the fire-resistant ones, went through a full check by the National Supervision and Inspection Center for Electrical Equipment Quality. They passed everything and got the Compulsory Product Certification Certificate. That sounds pretty big.

In the process, the inspectors did all these tough tests on the products. Things like checking the temperature rise limit, seeing if they could handle short-circuit strength, and verifying the protection level. The temperature rise test had the products running at 1.1 times the rated current, and all the points stayed under the national standard limits. For the short-circuit part, they withstood up to 80kA for one second. And the IP rating, well, it met IP54, with a few models even hitting IP68. I think those numbers show how solid the safety and performance are, at least from what I read about it.

To keep quality steady, the company set up 19 checkpoints all the way from when raw materials come in until the finished products go out. They use this Statistical Process Control method, or SPC, to watch the production. It makes sure each product matches the design specs when it reaches customers. This whole approach has gotten the products some good recognition in the market, and it gives customers that reliable feeling for using them.

Sometimes it feels like these systems are what separate okay companies from the good ones, but Im not totally sure how it all connects in every case.
