Busduct is a customized power distribution equipment. To ensure project-fit performance and delivery quality, our company has established a standardized procurement process, which consists of five major phases: requirement communication, drawing preparation, contract signing, production & manufacturing, and product delivery.

1. Requirement Communication

Customers shall provide basic project information including technical conditions such as rated current, voltage level, protection requirements, service environment and routing layout. Our sales and technical teams will conduct joint assessment, complete product selection and quotation based on site conditions. For projects with complex site conditions, we may assist with on-site survey, sort out all key technical points and form a preliminary solution.

2. Drawing Preparation

Based on confirmed technical parameters, our technical team prepares fabrication drawings for busbar trunking, specifying specifications and dimensions of full-range accessories including straight sections, elbows, tap-off units and expansion joints. Completed drawings shall be submitted to customers for review and confirmation. The confirmed drawings shall serve as the core basis for subsequent production and shall not be modified arbitrarily without mutual consent of both parties.

3. Contract Signing

After both parties confirm the quotation, technical drawings, lead time, acceptance criteria and all other contents, the sales contract and technical agreement will be formally signed to define the rights and obligations of each party. Any subsequent technical modification shall be supported by written change documents, with corresponding adjustments to price and lead‑time.

4. Production & Manufacturing

Upon receiving the production order under the contract, the workshop carries out production strictly in accordance with confirmed drawings. Procedures including incoming material inspection, conductor processing, insulation treatment and final assembly are implemented rigorously. Factory tests covering insulation, temperature-rise, protection grade and other items are performed throughout production with complete test records kept to guarantee product quality.

5. Product Delivery

Qualified products will be packed together with complete documents such as certificates, test reports and installation instructions. Shipment will be arranged in accordance with contractual terms. Logistics information will be shared after dispatch. We will assist customers with goods checking upon arrival and provide technical consultation and installation guidance upon request.

Busway is a customized power-distribution product. Drawings serve as the core basis for product manufacturing. Our company supports two modes of drawing collaboration, for customers to select according to actual project conditions.

Customers may provide project-related drawings by themselves. If customers supply drawings, please furnish complete electrical and piping layout drawings. Upon receipt, our team will carry out technical verification. Under certain site conditions, customers may be required to supplement detailed data such as routing dimensions, equipment interfaces, installation clearance and service-site conditions to finalize manufacturing requirements. This prevents product specification deviations and project delays caused by incomplete drawing information.

Meanwhile, we offer professional drawing services for busway fabrication. Our technicians will produce 2D fabrication drawings of the busbar trunking system based on project technical parameters and on-site routing conditions, specifying specifications and layout of straight sections, elbows, tap-off units and various accessories. Finished drawings will be submitted to customers for review and confirmation, and the approved version shall act as the official production basis.

Special note: Subject to our business model, we only provide 2D fabrication drawings. 3D renderings, 3D models and similar files are not available for the time being. Customers are kindly requested to take note for proper project design coordination.

Drawings confirmed by both parties shall not be arbitrarily modified in principle. Should any design change arise afterwards, a written change notice shall be issued. Changes may affect product specifications, quotation and lead time. Subsequent work can only proceed after mutual negotiation and confirmation, so as to ensure orderly project implementation.

Busduct is a customized power-distribution product. Site conditions have a direct impact on the accuracy of drawings and product specifications. For construction scenarios with complex cable routing and variable site structures, relying solely on design drawings provided by customers may lead to dimensional deviations. To ensure fabrication drawings match actual site conditions and avoid the risk of product-site mismatch at a later stage, on-site survey is required.

On-site survey will incur relevant costs including staff travel expenses and man-hours. In addition, dispatching our personnel across regions will prolong the overall project schedule. Taking project execution efficiency and cost into comprehensive consideration, we recommend customers give priority to engaging qualified local construction teams at the project location to carry out installation works.

We can provide the contracted local installation team with complete product drawings, installation manuals and technical support to help constructors get familiar with key installation points. Nevertheless, on-site construction quality and safety management shall be the sole responsibility of the installing contractor.

If our on-site survey service is genuinely required for the project, customers may submit the request in advance. The survey schedule and relevant service fees will be confirmed separately by both parties. Customers are advised to make advance planning according to project circumstances to minimize subsequent changes and guarantee smooth project progress.
