Our company just finished updating its sales and service setup across the country. This was to make customer service better and handle market needs faster in different areas. They focused on five main regions. East China, South China, North China, Central China, and Southwest China. Each one now has its own technical service center. These centers have teams of engineers who know what they are doing.

The engineers can help customers from start to finish. Like giving advice before a sale, designing solutions, guiding installation, and fixing things after. It seems like thats a big part of it. Besides growing the local market, these centers are there for quick tech help in their area.

For example, in East China, they have this display for samples and a testing setup. Customers can see how the products work right there. South China deals with tough environments. They have lots of know how on stopping corrosion and handling moisture. All the engineers went through the companys tough training and got certified. So service should be steady everywhere.

This whole change lets the company get closer to whats happening in the market. They can react fast to what customers want. And it even points the way for new product ideas in R and D. The numbers back it up. Customer questions used to take four hours on average to answer, now its down to one hour. On site help gets there in less than forty eight hours.

I think this customer first approach is building a good name for the company nationwide. Its kind of the main idea behind all this.
