1.Ultra-strong Fire-resistant Protection Capability:

The product adopts an innovative double-layer aluminum alloy casing structure, with a fireproof filling layer composed of ceramic fiber blankets built in the middle. This design can simultaneously achieve four core functions: efficiently blocking heat conduction, providing structural buffer protection, resisting smoke corrosion, and enhancing insulation performance. The casing, treated with special processes and combined with a closed structure design, enables the overall protection level to reach IP66. It can effectively prevent dust intrusion and withstand high-pressure water jet spraying, having certain waterproof performance while ensuring fire resistance.

2.Double Insulation Protection:

Compared with ordinary busway conductors that are only wrapped in polyester film, fire-resistant busways additionally install a layer of mica tape outside the polyester film for composite wrapping. This "polyester film + mica tape" double insulation structure significantly enhances the insulation reliability of conductors in high-temperature environments through the synergistic complementarity of material properties: the polyester film provides stable electrical insulation and moisture-proof protection under normal conditions, while the outer mica tape, with its high-temperature resistance, continuously maintains the insulation performance between conductors in extreme conditions such as fires, providing key support for fire-resistant busways to achieve continuous power supply during fires.
