Organize Skill Competitions To Stimulate Team Vitality.

To enhance the skill level and team collaboration ability of frontline production employees, the company recently held its first "Employee Skill Competition", covering multiple practical operation items such as busduct cutting accuracy, punching speed, and assembly standardization.

At the competition site, many technical workers from the production workshop competed on the same stage: In the "busduct copper bar cutting" segment, contestants needed to complete the precise cutting of copper bars of different lengths within a specified time, and only those with an error of less than 0.5mm were deemed qualified; The "busduct assembly" project tested team cooperation, where contestants had to quickly complete processes such as busduct splicing and insulation testing in a simulated construction site. Finally, the "Tackling Team" composed of 3 technical backbones won the championship with their precise operations and efficient cooperation.​

After the competition, the company awarded bonuses and certificates of honor to the winning employees, and compiled the excellent operation methods emerged in the competition into the Production Skill Manual for promotion in the workshop.​

This competition achieved significant results.
