Bus Duct Flange

The standard Compact Busway Feeder Unit serves as the power input end of the entire busway system, primarily functioning to connect external power sources (such as transformers, switchgear cabinets, etc.) with the busway main body, ensuring stable power input. As the interface between the busway system and external power supply equipment, this section reliably connects the output ends of power equipment like transformers and switchgear cabinets with the conductive bars inside the busway through components such as bolts, copper busbars, or special connectors, forming a complete power transmission path. It is typically used in conjunction with a terminal box to protect the circuit.

1.Standard Flange End:

The power connection end is equipped with a rectangular flange plate, on which the number of bolt holes varies uniformly according to the rated current-carrying capacity. During manufacturing, the hole position tolerance must be precisely controlled to ensure the bolt connection accuracy with the switchgear cabinet's copper busbars. A sealing rubber strip is pasted on the inner side of the flange plate, which to a certain extent achieves the effect of waterproof and dustproof.

2.Anti-corrosion and Wear-resistant Enclosure：

The enclosure is mostly made of aluminum alloy profiles, with the surface treated by electrostatic spraying (common colors are silver gray or black, and customization can also be made according to the construction environment). It has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good heat dissipation performance.
