Air-Insulated Bus Duct Feeder Unit

As a core component for current introduction, the feeder end of the air-type busway system assumes the key function of connecting external power sources with the busway main body. Its internal structure is consistent with the standard busway section, using tinned copper or aluminum busbars. Gaps are reserved between conductors with air as the insulating medium, ensuring electrical insulation performance under normal conditions. In terms of external structure, one side of the feeder end is equipped with a standardized flange plate treated with tin plating and provided with bolt holes. It can achieve rigid connection with copper busbars of power equipment such as transformers and low-voltage switchgear through high-strength bolts. The other side is connected to the air-type busway main body via a connector. Thanks to its convenient installation and low manufacturing cost, the air-type busway feeder end has become a standard configuration component in power systems of industrial plants and commercial buildings to ensure current access to the busway system.
