The flexible busway (also known as soft busway or bendable busway) is a new type of flexible power transmission and distribution system specifically designed for low-voltage power distribution scenarios. It is mainly adapted to the power transmission needs of AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 400V or below, with "flexible adaptation + safety and high efficiency" as its core highlights. It replaces traditional cables and rigid busways, and is especially suitable for power distribution scenarios with complex wiring paths, narrow spaces or frequent adjustments. 1,Super flexibility for complex path adaptation:
Conductors are made of multi-strand high-purity oxygen-free copper stranded wires or flexible copper bars, with the outer layer covered by flexible insulating materials. It can achieve a minimum bending radius of ≥30mm, supporting ±90° corners, 360° twisting, and irregular path laying-no need for customized special-shaped joints or corner fittings. It easily adapts to complex scenarios such as equipment gaps, narrow spaces, and curved wiring. Compared with the shortcoming of rigid busways that "require straight-line splicing and have limited cornering capabilities", the flexible busway can be directly arranged flexibly to fit on-site layouts, significantly reducing path adjustment costs during installation.

Conductors are made of oxygen-free copper with a purity of over 99.95%, featuring high electrical conductivity and low resistance loss. Its current-carrying capacity range is the same as that of rigid busways, which can meet the power supply needs of equipment with different power levels. Meanwhile, the flexible insulation layer is made of materials with low thermal conductivity and high heat dissipation performance, ensuring excellent heat dissipation. It can work continuously and stably for a long time, reducing energy loss during power transmission.
