Aluminum Busway Connector

The surface treatment of the internal aluminum conductive bars in the aluminum busway connector adopts a "copper plating + tin plating" double-layer process: first, a copper plating layer is applied to enhance the bonding force between the aluminum base and the surface layer, solving the problem that tin cannot be directly plated on the surface of aluminum conductors; then a uniform tin layer is covered to form a dense protective film. This dual protection not only significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the conductor, enabling it to resist erosion in complex environments such as humidity and salt spray, but also greatly enhances surface wear resistance, reducing wear and tear during plugging/unplugging or long-term contact, thus extending the service life of the conductor.The core insulation plate of the connector is made of unsaturated polyester glass fiber reinforced molding compound. After high-temperature compression molding, this material boasts ultra-high insulation and flame retardancy, and can maintain stable insulation performance even in high-temperature environments.In terms of structure, the insulation plate of the connector is fastened with bolts. Considering the relatively high thermal expansion coefficient of aluminum materials, small expansion gaps are reserved. This design not only ensures the stable position of the conductor but also avoids stress concentration, thus guaranteeing the safe and stable transmission of electric current.
