The compact busway adopts a laminated conductor structure, with conductors tightly wrapped in a composite insulation layer. The core conductors are made of high-purity electrolytic copper or lightweight aluminum materials, with tinned surfaces, and then insulated by wrapping with polyester film to achieve an ultra-thin and compact design. The product shell is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy with plastic spraying treatment, which has good heat dissipation performance and can also enhance corrosion resistance. The standard length of this type of busway is 3 meters, which can be customized according to the construction site conditions, supporting modular splicing for convenient installation.

The busway enclosure undergoes a comprehensive powder coating process, forming a dense protective film on the surface that effectively resists corrosion from aggressive media while significantly enhancing oxidation resistance. The powder coating color supports customized options, with a variety of hues available to meet project requirements-ensuring robust protective performance while satisfying architectural aesthetic design standards.
2.High-efficiency insulation:
The conductor surface is polished to eliminate unevenness before tin plating, enhancing corrosion resistance while reducing contact resistance. Each conductor is wrapped with multiple layers of polyester film to improve insulation performance.
